You'll notice a few very unfavourable terms and conditions like:
- The entire ordeal took longer than 8 months and caused a lot of strain on my family
- We waited more than 7 months for our order to arrive
- When it arrived, one piece was the wrong colour, so we returned it
- It took Eisenberg more than 6 weeks to resolve the issue. At one point, he actually said we weren't his priority and called the Police to have me leave the store.
- We tried to get our money back and even though the manufacturer fully reimbursed Eisenberg, he still charged us more than a $1000 (25%) restocking fee
